Green Thumb Green Future - The Leaf

Green Thumbs, Green Future: The Sustainable Garden was the inaugural Spring exhibition in Assiniboine Park Conservancy's Seasonal Leaf Biome Shows series. The exhibit focused on sustainable gardening practices, encouraging visitors to learn how environmentally conscious choices can create healthier gardens and communities.

This was a collaborative effort between Uphouse Inc. and myself. The creative direction drew inspiration from gardening tools, seed packets, and community gardens. Bold typography, vibrant greens, and custom illustrated icons were used to create an approachable and engaging visual system that reflected the themes of growth, sustainability, and environmental stewardship. The identity was designed to balance educational content with playful, family-friendly visuals that would appeal to a wide audience. The project included the development of print and digital marketing assets for the exhibition, including environmental graphics, advertising, social media content, and promotional materials used throughout the campaign.
